We were commissioned to design and manage the extension and renovation of a derelict house, transforming it into a modern, four-bedroom semi-detached family home. Using the architect’s planning drawings as a foundation, we reimagined the space plan to meet the needs of a young and growing family. The design features a spacious, light-filled rear open-plan kitchen, dining, and family area, complemented by a playroom and a cosy front snug.

The initial brief called for a monochromatic greyscale interior, but a subtle thread of blue was introduced, adding warmth and cohesion throughout the house. This thoughtful addition complements the modern finishes and practical layout while bringing a personal touch to the design.
