Her background in hotel and residential design allows her to create inspired interiors that emphasise clarity, creativity and comfort.
Early in her career, Randa worked with Michelin starred chefs Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich, designing their restaurant and hospitality venues in Manhattan. She later developed a passion for hotel interiors and designed boutique hotels such as Paramount and international brands such as Marriott and Hyatt. Randa also explored the cruise ship industry, working on super luxury projects such as the Crystal Endeavor.
Her residential experience includes a Grade I listed residence in Belgrave Square, London and a Gramercy Park, New York residence which was featured in Oprah at Home magazine.

Lee-Anne is an interior designer with over fifteen years’ experience. She supports residential projects across the UK, drawing on a background spanning hospitality and property development.
Within the team, Lee-Anne leads FF&E, developing room schemes, producing schedules and specifications, sourcing and sampling, and managing budgets and procurement through to installation. She also delivers 3D interior modelling and technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, suppliers and contractors so information is clear and on programme. Previous roles include work with Berkeley Homes in London, and she recently led the design of luxury loft suites at the Castle Hotel, Lincoln.
Sophia is an architectural and interior designer with over seven years’ experience. She supports residential projects across Hertfordshire, Greater London and the wider UK, focusing on refurbishments, conversions and home extensions.
Trained in Florence (MA Interior Design), she has a strong grounding in Italian design principles and experience with listed and period properties. Within the team, Sophia leads space planning and feasibility studies, prepares planning applications and technical drawings, and coordinates with consultants and contractors. Collaborative and detail-led, she guides clients through our process so proposals are clear, practical and buildable.
Elham has over 20 years of experience in design with leading UK and international architectural practices.
She specialises in the residential, hospitality and retail sectors and has an in-depth understanding of the technical requirements of major home renovation projects. In addition to her design work, she coordinates engineering, planning and architecture services, always in close cooperation with clients to ensure their needs are met.
